Hoje eu vim no Lighthouse Grill, no interior do interior do interior da Califórnia. Fica em Redhoods, uma cidade portuária, ou seja, tudo aqui é fresco eles pescam o peixe, plantam a alface, assam o pão, eles também fazem o sorvete, e tudo aqui é um lugar de suporte a produtores locais. Pedi um Jalapeño Jelly Burger, um hambúrguer com geleia de jalapeño e queijo de cabra. Achei delicioso e achei incrível o fato de essa geleia de jalapeño ter sido feita na casa. Curti muito a vibe e achei o preço justo Today I visited Lighthouse Grill, deep in the heart of inland California. It’s located in Redhoods, a port city, which means everything here is fresh they catch the fish, grow the lettuce, bake the bread, and even make their own ice cream. The whole place is built around supporting local producers. I ordered a Jalapeño Jelly Burger a burger topped with jalapeño jelly and goat cheese. I thought it was delicious, and I loved the fact that the jalapeño jelly was made in-house. Really enjoyed the vibe, and I thought the price was fair.
